During my trip to Korea, I visited several museums and came across a piece of museum merchandise that immediately caught my attention. I kept thinking that it would make a meaningful tattoo, something small but connected to my experience in Korea.
While planning my travel route, YM Tattoo Studio stood out as a place I could easily stop by. When I found out that English communication was available, I decided to book an appointment right away.
I’ve always been interested in Korean culture, so looking through the design options was honestly difficult in a good way. There were many ideas to choose from, and I spent quite some time comparing different directions before making a decision.
In the end, I returned to my first idea. Using the museum goods as a reference, we worked on a custom design that stayed true to what originally inspired me. It felt right to keep the focus on that memory.
I had studied some basic Korean phrases before the trip, mostly greetings and simple expressions, but I knew it wouldn’t be enough for detailed discussions. Being able to communicate fully in English during the consultation made everything much easier and more comfortable.
From booking to consultation, the entire process felt smooth and stress-free. Having clear communication made a big difference, and it allowed me to focus on enjoying the experience rather than worrying about misunderstandings.
